- Challenge: This first-floor renovation focused on improving flow and creating stronger focal points. This started with a reconfiguration of major appliances that positioned the range as the centerpiece. To open the space, we removed a wall while thoughtfully integrating necessary mechanicals so the layout could feel expansive without sacrificing performance. The white cabinetry by Fabuwood creates a bright and airy atmosphere, complemented by the rich, wire-brushed Engineered White Oak flooring. The stunning Cambria Quartz countertops with a waterfall edge offer a stunning focal point, while the Reverie 5″ x 8″ backsplash tiles and the sleek Top Knobs pulls from add refined touches. The result is a first floor that feels open, refined, and designed around how the homeowners live.
